                          Order your item the old fashion way

                      You can purchase your item with a check or postal money order.
                              Please follow these steps to order your item by mail.

                                  Please allow 2 to 6 weeks for mail delivery.



1. Download the Order form. (Microsoft Word document)

2. Print the document you just downloaded.
   (One page, black and white only)

3. Fill out all the required fields.

4. Calculate the total price of the items you want
    to purchase in Canadian dollars. There is no
    tax on all items.

5. If you chose “Postal money order” you must visit
    your Postal service office. They will help you with
    sending money by mail. Make sure to have your
    completed Order form. Send it all to the following
    name: Production chap inc.
    (Proceed to step 7).

6. If you chose “Check order” please write the total
    amount in Canadian dollars on your check and
    make it out to the following name: Production Chap inc.
   
7. The Order form and Check or Postal money order
    must be sent in a self address stamped envelope
    To the following name and address:

8. That's it, now all you have to do is wait for your new Mike Larock item(s).
